Suited to osteoporosis and bone health conditions, this class is designed to increase strength and stability, and support bone health and mobility through structured exercise programming and progressions.
Move Well with Diabetes
Have diabetes and looking for a structured class with like-minded people? If you have a Chronic Disease Management plan for diabetes through your GP, this class is designed to increase strength and fitness, improve coordination and support weight management.

Suited to neurological conditions, this class is designed to improve balance, strength, coordination and neuroplasticity in a supportive, small-group setting. It's a great way to keep progressing at your own pace, build confidence in your movement, and connect with others on a similar journey.
